  1. A lot of your books are new to me and I hadn’t heard of them before. Awesome week sweetie.

  2. Including the bookmark was a very good idea because I was laughing so hard the entire time you were waving it around trying to attract Percy into the frame and eventually entertaining him in it. PERCYYYYYYYYY. It reminds me of the time my cat got ahold of one of my graduation tassels and tore it the fuck apart, scattering its entrails across the house. We still find pieces when we clean house.

Something about The Well’s End strikes me as weird. I don’t know what. It’s probably my gut being a weirdo, but my gut is pretty good at being right lately, so… Hm. Definitely looking forward to seeing how you like it if you can get to it.

Seeing Percy makes me happy I’ll be seeing my own kitties in a week. MAMA’S COMING, FLUFFY KITTIES. I SHALL FREE YOU FROM THE TODDLER.

  3. Oh boy, I can’t wait to read The glass casket 🙂 I hope it gets better, I love fairy tales. I haven’t heard anything about The well’s end either. The blurb doesn’t sound too bad. 8 dollars for so many pages is such a bargain price 🙂 Happy reading!

  4. I am so jealous you can wear short sleeve shirts at this point. There’s still ice outside so I am perpetually in a hoodie or a sweater. Or both.

    LOCKE LAMORA!

The Moon Sisters looks good, I like that cover.

I read The Glass Casket yesterday, well finished it, I really liked it. Instalove though, FYI.

I need to read the Way Of Kings.

YAY SUPER DEPRESSING NON-FICTION, I like that stuff haha.

I liked Well’s End too, but it had disease, which I love.

Ohhhh I’ve read her Beastologist book, The Unicorn’s Tale, I think which is like in the middle. I liked it.

  5. Percy! 🙂

    That is all. hahah.

    oh and great haul!

  6. I love that you remember the GLOBES!!! And yeah, the book is super depressing. But it’s written in a narrative style so I wonder how you will feel about that. I would just read it in chunks. In fact, I think that’s what I did. I have a tough time handling depressing books all in one dose.

Weather-wise, it is going back into the teens here this week. I am super tired of wearing long-sleeved stuff, too, and I think as soon as it gets above freezing, it’ll be skirt weather for me. Sad Heather is sad.

haha, Percy’s head going back and forth cracked me up 🙂

  9. I completely agree, Georgia needs to get its act together. It was so nice outside yesterday and today is so blah. I own like 5 long sleeve shirts/sweaters, lol.
I loved The Way of Kings, even though it’s basically a paper brick. The Glass Casket was a really interesting mix of two fairy tales and I really liked the dark kind of moody feel to the book. I didn’t know LaFevers had a middle grade series but I definitely need to check it out.
I hope you enjoy your new reads, and that Percy enjoys his new bookmark! 😛
